2. Use of Services

2.1 Age Restriction:
The application cannot be used by individuals under 13 years of age without parental consent. Individuals under 18 but over 13 years of age may use the application with parental permission.

2.2 Account Usage:
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

2.3 Accuracy Declaration:
You warrant the accuracy of the information you provide.

2.4 Software Updates:
By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted automatic updates.

2.5 Malicious Software:
You agree not to upload viruses or harmful components to the application.

3. License and Usage Restrictions

3.1 License:
You are granted a limited license for personal and non-commercial use.

3.2 Prohibitions:

• Decompiling or reverse engineering the service,
• Circumventing copyright or digital rights protection mechanisms,
• Creating derivative works from the service is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Features:
Ad-free premium version is only available with a subscription.

4.2 Payment Information:
Payments are collected according to the selected payment method. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment information.

4.3 Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Payment will be collected unless canceled before renewals.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds:
Subscriptions remain active unless canceled. No refunds are provided for partial use.

4.5 Trial Periods:
The application may offer a limited-time trial version. Subscription automatically starts at the end of this period.

5. User Content

5.1 Published Content:
Content shared by users is public and not considered confidential.

5.2 License:
This content may be used by Muslimapp.ai for promotional and development purposes.

5.3 Prohibited Content:

• Hate speech,
• Degrading or illegal content,
• Sharing posts that violate others' rights is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, visuals, logos, designs, and similar elements in the application belong to us and cannot be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muslimapp.ai cannot be held directly responsible for service interruptions, data loss, payment delays, or similar situations.

8. Termination of Agreement

In case of violation of terms of use, your account may be suspended or permanently closed.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts are authorized in disputes.
